MhisTourist is Africa's premier beauty pageant voting platform. We provide a secure, transparent, and user-friendly platform for pageant organizers to host events, register contestants, and accept votes from supporters around the world.

Browsing pageants, viewing contestant profiles, and exploring the platform is completely free. Organizers can create pageants and register contestants at no cost. Revenue is generated through vote package purchases by supporters.

Anyone 18 years or older can use MhisTourist. Whether you're a pageant organizer, a contestant, a fan wanting to vote, or just browsing, our platform is open to everyone. Organizers and contestants need to create an account, but voters can vote without registering.

No! You can vote without creating an account. Simply visit a contestant's profile, choose a vote package, enter your name and email, and complete the payment. Your vote will be counted immediately.

Vote package pricing is set by each pageant organizer. Default packages start from as low as ₦10 for 10 votes. Larger packages offer better value per vote. Check the contestant's profile to see available packages and prices.

Absolutely! You can vote for as many contestants as you like, in the same pageant or across different pageants. Each vote purchase is processed independently.

Vote purchases are final and non-refundable. In the event of a technical error or fraudulent activity, MhisTourist may investigate and, at its discretion, issue a refund. Please contact our support team if you believe an error has occurred.

First, create an organizer account. Then navigate to your dashboard and click "Create Pageant." Our step-by-step wizard will guide you through adding your pageant details, branding images, location, and voting schedule. Once published, your pageant will be visible to the public.

From your organizer dashboard, navigate to "Vote Packages" and click "Create Package." You can set the number of votes, price (in kobo), and activate the package. If you don't set any packages, default packages will be used automatically.

From your organizer dashboard, go to "Contestants" and click "Add Contestant." You can enter their details, upload a profile photo, and set their contestant number. Contestants can also self-register through the platform.

Your organizer dashboard provides real-time analytics including total votes, vote breakdown per contestant, payment history, and revenue reports. You can also generate detailed reports for your records.

You can register as a contestant by creating an account and updating your profile, or by using the self-registration feature on our upcoming pageants. Visit the "Join Now" section on any pageant page to apply.

Yes, you can update your profile information, photos, and social media links at any time through your contestant dashboard.

Share your profile link on social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Encourage your supporters to visit your page, view your profile, and cast their votes. The more engaging your profile, the more votes you're likely to receive!

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, USSD codes, mobile money, and QR code payments — all processed securely through Paystack.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Paystack, a PCI-compliant payment gateway. Your payment information is encrypted with 256-bit SSL and never stored on our servers. We only receive confirmation of successful payments.

After a successful payment, you will be redirected to a confirmation page showing your transaction details. You will also receive an email receipt with your order reference, vote count, and payment amount.

Click the "Start a Pageant" or "Register" button on the top navigation bar. Fill in your details, choose your account type (Organizer or Contestant), and submit. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

On the login page, click the "Forgot Password" link and enter the email address associated with your account. We'll send you instructions to reset your password.

Please contact our support team at support@mhistourist.com to request account deletion. Note that once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Vote history and transaction records may be retained for legal and record-keeping purposes.
